Shipping Policy – Loyal Rugs
At Loyal Rugs, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Please review the following shipping terms and conditions before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
Loyal Rugs currently ships within Australia only.
For international orders, we may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@loyalrugs.com.au with your request, and our team will provide a custom shipping quote.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping:
Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days for metro areas and up to 10 business days for regional areas.
Express Shipping:
Express delivery options are available at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for metro areas.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to seasonal demand, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: Free on all orders within Australia.
Express & Premium Delivery Services:
In addition to standard delivery, Loyal Rugs offers a range of express and premium delivery options for added convenience. These services may include faster delivery timelines, room-of-choice delivery, or placement of your rug — including under furniture if requested.

5. Order Tracking & Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and tracking link so you can monitor your shipment.
If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer support team at support@loyalrugs.com.
6. Delivery Restrictions
Due to the size and handling requirements of our products, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.
If you authorise the courier to leave your delivery unattended (for example, at the front door), Loyal Rugs is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after the package has been delivered.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Delays:
If your order is delayed, please allow additional time as courier delays may occur.
Lost Shipments:
If your order is lost in transit, Loyal Rugs will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Goods:
If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

Our team will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns & Warranty Policy.
8. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If you wish to cancel your order, the request must be made before the order is dispatched. Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped.
